Off topic but ya right, however nowt to do with rot; more to do with the 3 tracks on my doorstep (Jerez, Almeria & Guadix), silly cheap TD prices and the consistantly brilliant weather!

I know you're a Suzy finnish sceptic Yoda, but ya living in the past mate! :k

Rhino, you must do what you feel is right. If you are looking for re-assurance on here maybe you are looking in the wrong place.

They do look nice but after watching some video footage from the 03 bash (the one where our lass was cleaning bikes!!) the bird still does it for me. Just a shame that I no longer own one. Its a big decision and one you must be comfortable with. Tyre wear is an issue as demonstrated by a fellow IAM observer I used to work with, and he was gentle with the throttle. But I hope you have many happy miles with it, its down to personal taste. I should know, I have just been and to see a Discovery to replace the old sri as tow vehical for me boat!!!!!!.

Whatever you ride, ride safe mate. Oh and dont forget to make sure you have plenty of breakdown cover!!!!!!!!!! :f

I remember saying a while back that i wanted more midrange power hence i was looking into a supercharger.........well, the BUSA solves my problem.
The other advantage is spares are plentifull, easier to service as the tank hinges up unlike the EFI BIRD.
You watch, in another 6 months there will be more of you moving onto the ABUSER when you see how alike yet so different they are. R#?

You cannot ignore the 'EYEABUSER'................................ This is one serious bit of kit, it demands respect, focus and a Passport to SPAIN.

John - one of my mates has a 'Busa - loves it to bits - he does admit though that he has to keep it clean as the finish isn't as good as previuos bikes he has owned. The way you looked after the 'Bird you shouldn't have too much trouble. Good luck.

Saw an unregistered Busa in Bill heads at Preston this morning, sure it was ?7795 on the ticket?
Is that about right Rhino. ( and I must admit, the new colours look nice ).

Would you say that the Busa is really built as a single seater bike with a token pillion option as an after thought whereas the Bird is built for 2 up riding from the begining ?

If thats the case then surely they cannot really be seen as direct competition ?

My thoughts only
