Bad news shaun,
Change of plan for my trip to scotland.I had a phone call last wednesday,my grandmother passed away.The funeral is thursday,so Pixie and I will make the trip to scotland early friday morning.This leaves us very limited time at the weekend to meet up (evenings only) unless you would like visit the show we are attending.For a small gate fee (a couple of quid or so sorry I forgot your scottish) you will get a good days entertainment and a history of the scottish borders,and best of all meet the Pixie and I :B .

well i finally got my plastics (but what a shit state they are in) i say plastic when one side and the front are fibreglass:cry: the guy descibed them as sanded and primed ready for spraying:bang: when i got there i could've cried, well he asked for ?150 for the lot plus a hugger a tank and a sprocket cover i thought YEEHAA! that'l do for me, he must've seen the dissapointment in my face cos he said make me an offer! i said ?60 he said take the lot for ?80.

what do you think? the left front and rear hand panels have lost a lug each for locating to the frame, so i cut the top off a coke bottle and wrapped some fibreglass in a bit of really thin melanex then squashed the package into the top of the bottle. after it hardened i just pushed it out and sanded away with a file to achieve the bobble on the end, it fits a treat too!:yo:
