@Dark Angel I am still bendy enough for most bikes short of full on sports bikes & can still ride plenty good enough for most situations (far better than some as mentioned elsewhere) the biggest problem is knackered muscles & tendons in my shoulder/neck which means I cant tolerate a lot of wind blast, I couldn't have done yesterdays ride on my old bird for example even if I could have got it out of the shed, more than 3 years of messing with screens, riding positions etc on 4 different bikes had made me think I am done with it
Then I went out on that Thunderace, lower fairing are missing in action, the top fairing has been raised & seriously cut away for clearance on the renthal type bars its a complete POS to look at but low & behold 80mph wind blast is minimal & easy to live with 100mph wind blast is ok for short periods & its got enough poke to keep me happy, he's got it right in that respect so maybe there is hope for me yet
I keep thinking something like a 900 divvy would be ok but they are heavy to shift around the shed so the shoulder would be US before I got out on the road & i'm not sure I could live with the lack of power all the time
