Depends on the Magistrate's mood on the day I would guess. I was clocked at 116mph on the M2 in Northern Ireland a few years ago. Took legal advice before my day in court and wrote a letter to the court in advance, stating that I was at fault, didn't make a habit of it , blah blah. The Magistrate thanked me for not wasting the court's time (I still had to attend and watch biker's, truckers etc banned for a lot less speed) by admitting I was at fault (i.e not making up excuses, because there are none!)

However, I had a licence issued by Swansea (not N.Ireland) so it couldn't be endorsed. Came back a week later as clear as it went away.

Speeding is the most anti social thing she could have done, how dare she go past 69.99 mph, does she not know she is putting millions of lives in danger with her blatant dis regard of the LAW!!!!
Would have been far better to have been pissed out of her skull on booze and drugs in an un insured car and she would have been left well alone and not in this situation she is in now......

I've never actually been in that pub but it always appears to be open whenever I pass it & they have a board outside stating all day food.
mind you everything has weird opening hours in Barnsley only a couple of chippies open on a Friday tea time.
