We Got Our New House Today !!!!

After five months of waiting and agonizing, Trace and me finally picked up the keys to the house today !!! :beer:

After all the set-backs and the chain almost collapsing it feels good to know that the place is now ours. Plenty of work to do on it.....and the removal truck is booked for next month....so if we're not on here much for a few weeks you'll know why !!!!

Just thought I'd share this piece of useless information with you all !!!!

dont forget to inform everyone, gas, leccie, credit card peeps etc, of your date of moving, as they will try and chase you for bills run up after and or before the move,
oop ere, they regularly "flit" leaving a "black list" at the old address, thus making it nigh impossible for the next tennant to get any kind of credit!!! :dunno:
and its not just the "council" dwellers that do it either!!
