Virgin internet any good?

The kids staying in London have got themselves Virgin pay as you go (linked to their phone bill) dial up but can not get on line. They get a "cannot connect to remote computer" error message. Is this not because the service provider is busy or down?

Heard some decent reports mate - pickup a disc from any Virgin record shop or health club [not that I'd know]

Check the connection settings in control panel/internet options
