Two new govt issues..

So if you wanna sell your house shortly, you will have to put together an INFO PACK at a cost ( according to the govt ) of ?500.

According to the people who will have to put it togther the cist will actully proly be a grand..

So who is gonna pay this ? Innitially the seller, but the cost will be passed on to the buyer.. So thats just pushed houses a tiny bit further out of reach of first time buyers...


On top of that I als hear that tosser Blunket has once again been on the fiddle.. and once again the Liar as in Tony B. ) is standing right by him..
