Only if either Mrs P or me parked on the road and allowed them to pack in front of the garage. If we did that, the rest of the drive would only be usable until the time window the drive renter wanted to move their car.So there is no reason why a third party couldn’t use a charging point in your driveway if you got yourself organised.

By total coincidence I have only today booked a contractor to rip up mother in laws driveway and replace with tumbled block paving.
