Got My Promotion !!!!

well, the interview went well and i can now officially celebrate that i am going to be the shop manager of the newly built Hein Gericke store in Liverpool (Aintree) after 3.5 years of working towards it !!!!!!
the shop is set to open on the 22nd of jan. the address is 1a longmoor road, aintree. keep eyes on MCN for opening details as regards what riders will be at the official opening, it will be a big one !!!!!
looking at the floor plans it should be a fantastic store and i am looking forward to the challenge.
i will nip it in the bud before it is mentioned by anyone regards discount !!!!!!
not sure how the ground lies at the moment, but i will be working on some sort of offer, just leave it with me for now.
so anyway, hope to see some of you in the store once it opens.
coffee will always be on the go so keep your eyes open in mcn for details, once i find out any more i will keep you posted.

not sure quiet how to take that, maybe you are just visiting the wrong stores mate:f
but anyway, i like to think that the advise i have given over the last few years has been good and well founded. in 4 years ony had one complaint, will always try and resove a problem. depends how the customer approaches me. if he is going off on one before i have had a chance to say anything to help him, then he will get fook all from me, simple really, manners cost nothing !!!
hope that your experience with Hein Gericke was a one off, im sure it was.if not, don't judge all of the shops the same mate. you get it in all jobs unfortunatley mate.

TrophyChap, as regards parking, not a problem matey, cameras gallore, but it is in aintree which is a nice place mate. look forward to seeing ya mate.

It's not an insult to you my friend. Not at all. Southampton is my nearest one and some in there are well duh!!! The Best One I have been to was in Osnabruck. Good luck....really.

no problem mate, was not taken in that way i had heard that southampton was having a new manager. they are opening a new store in portsmouth soon, also reading.
you are right though, whenever you visit a large chain of outlets in whatever trade, you will always come across one or two that think that they are always right, or know absolutely bugger all. thats retail for you though i guess.

Sorted took my Hg store a tin of chocks today for being so helpful throughout the year, as ive has a few probs with in Givi stuff and voyager clobber which they sorted out not as quick as i wanted but they got their in the end, without me spitting my dummy out...
