If the good was percieved as good then it's impact will be the same as if it is really good rather than bad. In that case somehting bad percieved as good might be actually considered to be good even though it's actuality might be bad.

good and bad can be percieved from different angles, for example
drinking beer is good cos it makes you happy
whereas drinking petrol would make you ill

but from a transport point of view petrol in your vehicle is good cos it makes it work (unless it's diesel or lpg) but beer in your tank would feck it up.

pity though it would be a feckin site cheaper to run on
