They don’t have brains eitherMore importantly they don't have Dacia either.

We do, which is why we don't have a Dacia. They don’t have brains either
Hmm, £60,000 + £5000 road tax for a car that’s shite in winter v £15,000 + £150 road tax for a car that is consistently voted car of the year.We do, which is why we don't have a Dacia.
Based on this unquestionable logic Derek I assume you ride a Honda Cub rather than a Honda Blackbird?Hmm, £60,000 + £5000 road tax for a car that’s shite in winter v £15,000 + £150 road tax for a car that is consistently voted car of the year.
Here’s an idea, next time buy a BMW (if you must) that’s been driven out of the showroom & with the money you save from depreciation you can buy a reliable Dacia that you can drive in all weathers.
Mine wasn’t £60k, she was £52k and road tax is £475 a year for the first five years and £140 thereafter, so not sure where the £5,000 comes from. What makes you think mine is shite in winter? She’s 4WD and handles pretty well in crap weather.Hmm, £60,000 + £5000 road tax for a car that’s shite in winter v £15,000 + £150 road tax for a car that is consistently voted car of the year.

The Blackbird was my indulgence for pleasure, she cost me £3,200 a fraction of the cost of a BMW & performs far better than a BMW.Based on this unquestionable logic Derek I assume you ride a Honda Cub rather than a Honda Blackbird?
Daughter’s neighbour bought a brand new Audi A5 in 2018, cost £70,000 his first years tax was £3,500.Mine wasn’t £60k, she was £52k and road tax is £475 a year for the first five years and £140 thereafter, so not sure where the £5,000 comes from. I like the idea of having another BM, or maybe even keeping mine, but I’m going to have a look down the back of my sofa in the morning to see if there’s enough coins down there to buy a Dacia for the winter.
That might be lumped into the purchase price. If mine cost anywhere near that, I can only assume it was written off by the dealer as I didn’t ‘pay’ it.Daughter’s neighbour bought a brand new Audi A5 in 2018, cost £70,000 his first years tax was £3,500.
Most BMW’s are shite in winter.
4wd only a benefit if you know how to drive a 4wd (which I assume you do)
BMW’s are shite

Put it towards some indicators.I just found 16p down the back of the sofa. I’m off down the Dacia dealer when they open in 20 minutes
What are you going to do with the change?I just found 16p down the back of the sofa. I’m off down the Dacia dealer when they open in 20 minutes
Buy another Dacia for Mrs P and a set of winter tyres for both carsWhat are you going to do with the change?
No real surprise when you put a Dacia made of paper maché weighing about 15kg with a 300bhp engine against a 2.5 tonne X6. You all have to assume that the drivers were equally capable.
