Two ways to pick it up but first make sure its in gear:
1 - turn the bars onto full lock (if the bike is laying on the left then turn the
bars to the right and vise versa) and pick up by the bar (clasp with two
hands) lowest to the road, make sure your back is straight and your knees
bent.
2 - squat down in front of the seat with your back to the bike, find a couple of
hand holds and use the strength of your legs to stand up and lift the bike up
with you.
