The problem with short video clips is that they might not show the whole context and can be condensed to portray an inaccurate scenario.
On another site I look at someone posted a short clip from the USA of a white unarmed man who was not being aggressive being tasersd and struck numerous times with batons while being jumped on by five officers. Taking it at face value it really didn't look good.
Someone then posted a longer version of the same video and some related information showing that the so called victim more than deserved what he got.
