I have managed to get the paint codes that Halfords use to make Candy Phoenix Blue, Candy Glory Red and the red which was a bit brighter and used on 2002 bikes called Candy (Sunset?) Red. All of these are Halfords own mixing codes and technically Halfords don't have stock of the two red colour paint ingredients, but might be able to get them in. 

Candy Phoenix Blue PB284C This is a Holts Mini Mix Professional Custom Mixed Colour.

ES02 = 62.8
9011 = 79.4
0016 = 89.2
0032 = 98.1

CandyGlory Red R101CU These two reds are NitroPaint 407 

1000 = 91.3
2558 = 97.5
9306 = 98.5
0001 = 98.7
0981 = 99.7

Candy (Sunset?) Red R101CU/D

1000 = 87.3
2558 = 91.2
2560 = 96.8
0001 = 97.0
9306 = 98.0
0981 = 99.0


I've just had some of the blue mixed and it seems to be a good match.
If you take these codes to any branch of Halfords who mix paint they should be able to mix them. They may also be of use to other companies but you will have to check.
