I'm riding a metalic cherry red '02 CBR
1100 Super Blackbird XX.
I'm blown away with the mods Brit
members have made to their ride. The website is truly awesome! The
first change was a pair of Heli bars cause I'm 5'6'' and the bars
were a bit aggressive and caused some arm pain. This changed the
riding position, eradicated the pain and allowed me to sit more
upright. I installed Givi hard bags, 40 litres both sides and 46
litre top bag with a back rest and brake lite hard wired into
brakes. Givi bags are awsome, rock solid at any speed. Metalic
black. Corbin gunfighter lady in titanium with black ostridge
perimeter and red piping. I highly recomment Corbin for style and
comfort. To sweeten the performance I installed a K&N, Twobrothers
C5 Titanium slip ons, and a PC III. I also had it on the dyno, 135
HP/ 78 lb/torque @ 10,800 RPM at 165 mph in the dyno room. This is a
conservative # as on a cool day ram air rises the numbers. For sound
you can't beat Two Bro Racing, lite as a feather with a great sound.
I run Michelin Pilot Sport, also a great tire. Future plans, Olhin
rear shock, RC 51 forks, perhaps I might message the engine. I run
Amsoil full sythetic, worth the price. I've 45,000 kms and I'm about
to insall a new D&D gold chain, new sprockets, and finally a new cam
chain tightener. I've ridden from Vancouver to Toronto return and
all over BC and the souther USA. There is no better bike!! I don't
have pics at this moment but will try to send some. Cheers from
across the pond.
