Don't count yer chickens

Mine moved out last summer but he still comes round, nicks me beer and empties the food out of the fridge. Instead of treating the place like a hotel he just treats it as a pub!

Welcome to the club Mike

Our son moved out three weeks ago, :yo: ,,,,,, Daughter moved out twelve months ago,, so now all we got to do is move somewhere far away so they don't want to move back in,,,, its great ,,, house is tidy,,, turned one bedroom into a gym,, one into an office,, hardly any washing,, ironing etc.

Only downside is we have to get a neighbour to feed the cat when we are away,,,,,, :}

Yeh, I know, that is going to be a problem for me too, although with the dog. I go to Germany almost every weekend now, so finding someone to feed and walk her is proving to be a headache.
I'd take her to Germany with me and leave her there with Andrea, but that's not fair on Andrea (or the dog, cos do dogs bark differently in another language? :} ), so I'm stuck.

However I don't think she is for this world much longer (the dog that is) as she is getting on a bit.

When our son moved out we din't look at it as loosing a son, more as gaining a bathroom :loo:

Have you seen the film Mrs Doubtfire???

Reefer may be himself and then at night he slips into his EVANS dress (size 32) and minces about the house pretending to be his mother. :dunno:

( i mean no offence by suggesting his ya mam is size 32 ) I'm merely building this mental image of ROOFER in a beige cotton dress................oooooh what a contraceptive! :-:
