think it ms photo editor, anyways i took a pic only i wanna know how to manipulat it so that two people look as if they are happy together???? only can i use two diff pics

Adobe Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro are the two most common packages..

Photoshop is the more advanced but PSP is SOOOO much easier to use and odes everything most non professional types need out of a package :p

Try to open the image in IE and then use right click option ??
