So with Sandra away in Greece (she booked it to coincide with me doing the 4 Point Challenge) and the Cloggers planning a bit of a run, I thought - while the cats away the mice can play'

But, I get two texts whilst out

First one at 12:30 - Get off that bloody bike, your shoulder is aint ready yet!

Second one at 17:25 - Are you home from Alston yet?


Ah well, :xm

Now, do I bother going to the fracture clinic on Tuesday (with arm in sling) to see how its doing?? Answers on a post card please
