You get a label by email, print it, stick it on the box, bring it to post office and say good bye to it
Don't think I can explain any better.
UK customers probably won't use Louis as it is in EU
Never even heard of it, the company the seller used & the tracking details were “Aquiline” the packages arrived by Amazon, I have a suspicion that the seller is actually auctioning items that he doesn’t have & then orders them from Amazon using his own discounts & prime account,
