My renewal quote came through whilst I was on holiday, so by the time I rang up, the quote had expired. They gave me a new quote ?80 cheaper. How does that work then? Are they really thick? c7u8

They thought you had proly looked elsewhere for a quote so dropped their price to 'lure' you back to them..

if you phone late in the day and they have not met the target for the day they drop the price just to keep the figures up.
