Oh well, late as usual...

But maybe I can tell you something that you don't know...

A friend who works for BMW told me that they will be launching another bike in September alongside the K1200S... it's the R1200S, the replacement for the current R1100S. It's have basically the same setup as the K, but it'll use a tuned version of the new 1200 balanced boxer lump they have just put in the R1200GS. It'll have the same trick suspension, be lighter and will have under-seat cans. Now, I just need to get a picture before one of you smart-arses beats me to it

Unfortunately along with bringing their designs bang up to date, BMW seem to be rapidly loosing their name for reliability too ..
