Ian......grass cutting is Trace's job, as is hedge trimming and flowerbed tending. I've taken enough extra cash on the mortgage to enable me to pay someone else to fit a new kitchen and bathroom, decorate the house, plus sand and seal the floorboards.
No fecker ever visits me....so no need to notify the new address. Don't use the 'phone so no worries there. The house is detached....so b*lls to the neighbours, anyway, I don't play well with strangers !!!!!!

Now......I'm looking forward to fitting out the garage/workshop !!!!!! :} :lick: Coddy can pop round and help a bit !!!!!
