Superb.

Imagine how much more traffic you could hold up in that compared to a ‘normal’ motorhome. (y)
You would be amazed at how many times we are slowed down by cars

Makes me laugh.. Car comes up behind, and I know full well they are cursing me
First chance they do a dodgy overtake and only THEN do they realise I am stuck behind some myopic arsehole inn a Micra !

here in Norway the limits are 50k in towns, with some 30k, and then 80k on other roads, with a couple of isolated 90k limits

i will set ACC to 80k which gives me a true (by satnag) speed of 78k and get lots of cars whizzing past me doing 90/100+. Even hgv will be doing 90+ despite the large number of speed cameras.

I often found that when I used to tow a caravan, there was often a solo car in front going slow but those behind me couldn't see the car

My bad.

I now appreciate that Motorhomes and caravans never hold up the traffic.

Must be the cyclists.

Or the horse boxes….

Today I encountered a pair of motorhomes holding me up! As I got close to them, held back by the amazing ACC, I was overtaken (but only just) by a little 125. It then decided it wanted to overtake the next MH and was barrelling along at maybe 1.5mph faster than it - then realised that perhaps trying on a blind bend with absolutely zilch power in hand was extremely dangerous. It wobbled back behind the MH. Then a mile later it turned off into a side road, perhaps that was his direction, perhaps it was to check out the contents of his underwear :risas3:
Then MH no.2 in the middle overtook the one in front and buggered off at 100+kph, while MH no.1 turned left a mile later.
