Hot tubs

Does anybody have one?

Been toying with the idea of getting one, and seen one we really like, but apart from the crap in the booklet, we dont know anything such as running costs, how often you have to replace the water, how long we can go between uses etc. Much rather get the info from the horses mouth so to speak, rather than listen to the bull that salesmen come out with..

Thanks in advance, e-mail or pm me if you dont want to disclose costs, ownership etc on here, thanks.

Quite willing to tell you all that I know just send me a PM.

But why is it that people assume there are "saucy secrets" as Stealthy puts it to be told.

For your information we have an Arctic Spa, and so does my eldest daughter.

Because folks in general have the wrong idea about hot tubs/jacuzzis....

Folks who haven't been in one don't realise just how wondefully relaxing, and social it can be just having a drink & a natter in the tub... Thanks to both of you, Jen & pete for bring me up out of my misery a great many times...

Love the Gazebo. It really finishes the tub off nicely:k

Cheers,

Dave

yep got a hot spot sorrento

cost bout a pound to run a week which isn't much, replace the water every 3 months and clean the filter every few weeks. add a cap ful of clorine after each use adn check it with a dipstick every week. can go for quite a while between juse just need to keep the chemical levels right which is easy as pie once you get used to it.
