I hope she is ok, it doesn't matter what your social status is, a cancer diagnosis is difficult to get your head around, and I know from personal experience how debilitating chemotherapy can be

Personally (particularly as my best mate is in the middle of it) I find it uplifting when I hear of people winning their personal fight against cancer.
Kate sounds like she is doing that, my oppo is having a tough time but is making slow but positive progress.
