Feedback/info required on dealer please.

We have been approached by Hunts Motorcycles (Honda main dealer in Manchester)

Before we ( admin peeps ) can really place anything about discounts etc on either here or the main site, we really need some feedback about the company. ( Can you imagine what you lot would say if we recomended Chiswick Honda ! LOL !! )

Have you ever visited the shop ?
How was you treated ?
Perhaps a lady member could pop along and see how she is treated ?
Have you used the company for servicing or other work ?
Have you bought cloths from them ?

Any and all info you can give us will help us make a decision..

John - I haven't dealt with them myself but I know the Pan riders up here rave about the place. No problems at all.

Not far from me, but never been in due to closer proximity of other shops. Main Honda Dealer with a very solid reputation. Been there for yonks.

Use them regular - they came forward and replaced my xx01 when i was knocked off in Manchester with a spanking new blue xx03

Actually snook into the Manchester bike show to pay for it and got a free walk around before the show opened

No different to any major dealer - but on the neg side - some of the guys who work for them need to brush up on customer skills - if u get my drift!!

Good selection of used bikes and new ones! and are situated on the main drag out and in for Manchester so easy to find

Clothing situated upstairs and coffee machine available if u have to wait for a short time -- if there for a while - cafe 200m away

overall would give 80 out of 100

For what its worth got my autocom kit from them, seemed pleasant and knowledgeable enough. But they are a big dealer, and i'll echo what allen said, when I was looking for my 'bird, no trade in cash buyer, their staff could have been a little more.....errr, interested shall we say? I went to Crewe honda in the end, cracking deal with some bits thrown in, and the mechanic who looks after my bike there always has time to come out and have a chat as to what he's done etc. Only a small dealership but I feel they look after you. :beer:

Chuff, do you know if the admin on that site bothered to check with the members before just slapping that post up ?
On here we have always done this route... and I am really glad we do !

A few other places have stepped up and offered discount.. when the members were asked they came back with some real horror stories !
( not that this is the case with Hunts but it COULD have been ! )
