Any one had dealings with this bloke

I am just about to put a large number of bids in on a load of gear just up on ebay, but there is something that just don't seem right with it.
The guy has not got a brilliant track record, but he is also selling the same amount of gear from a number of other bikes.
He is either winding up or ripping off.
A few of the bits aren't even Bird bit's and I would have thought he would know that :dunno:
