A Street, A Track, An Open Road

Went down the Aton Cafe bike meet last night and the Rozzers had left copies of the DVD "A Street, A Track, An Open Road" for folk to take home free.
Just watched it and it's quite a good crack.
If you can't get a freebee, it only costs ?3 and can be ordered from the website.
Chris walker is one of the contestance and to keep Jaws happy, it's got loads of Suzi Perry in it.

It's the ONE video I recon bert should see (and I mean that in a nice way) as I think you'll learn something (and not just drool over Perry)

And why is that then?

60 minutes of Tyre pressures?

Nope, cos it shows you that the roads down our way can be just as twisty as yours!
It's not all M25 & gatsos. That's just what we tell the tourists to keep 'em out our way.

BWAHAHAWAHAH

Love it :)

Chances are that your twisty roads darn sarf will be in a damm sight better condition that the fecking roads up here

Apparently Derbyshire Council now have an unwritten policy that they will keep the "known biker" roads in poor condition -speciafically aimed to discouraging 2 wheels away from the Peak District

And it's working - Matlock and area used to be a bustling and prosperous town - now it's a ghost town

Roll on Pembs!!

What a bunch of :wank: ers!
Mind you, it'll give you a chance to go out, explore & find new routes rather than doing the same old/same old.
You wait though - As soon as cage drivers come a cropper because of unkept roads, they'll be in like Flyn in order to keep the voters happy.
How long you have to wait for it to happen though is another matter!?
