Why does the planning permission need looking at, its obviously not green belt. Surely its the sanity of people who pay £350k for such houses that needs looking at.Lost for words.
however, I think the fact that Planning Permission was given needs looking at, it doesn’t take a lot of thinking about to realise pollution is obviously going to be a problem.
There have been numerous cases over the years about people buying properties near cricket and golf facilities then complaining that they are in range of cricket and golf balls. All have been dismissed.

Permission was probably given as there are already existing houses on that stretch of road right next to them, albeit set back 10m from the kerb...

I'm guessing it was blanked off for reasons of overlooking.it makes me very sad to see new builds that look like that. Zero thought has gone into them and there is zero architectural merit. Being in a bad location cannot excuse that.
