It was always going to be a tough act to follow, but as expected LR have gone down the route of hi-tech Chelsea tractor. Not surprising really I suppose, but I think they've shot themselves in the foot.
I spent far too much time operating from and living out of Series III's and later 110's, so I've got a soft spot for the utilitarian aspects of Landies and I suspect owners of older Defenders will be the same.
They're not going to be too impressed with this new one, which is anything but a true utility vehicle.
